In accordance with a Building Award dated 10 April 1951, the parties agree that (1) may form no more than 4 window openings in the party wall between nos. 25 and 26 Red Lion Sq, and continue them for a payment of 1s pa; but this does not confer on (1) any right of light and (2) may brick up the openings if required.
